We made lots of progress this weekend...of course if you're like us you're still on your weekend. Yep, that's right we got another 3 day weekend. There was some packing done, a garage sale had and some sleeping in the living room...
That's right Sleeping in the living room. The only furniture we have left is a bed, some tv trays, a folding table and our fantastic lounge chairs from the yard. We moved the bed to the living room for a few reasons. One - we have no furniture. Two - it makes cleaning the bedrooms easier, as there is carpet in all of them. Three - because we wanted to! Welcome to Hotel Petersen!
We are starting to see light at the end of the tunnel. There will be more packing and donating this week, as we prepare to pack our U-hal Shipping Container, a week from today. Moving day is almost here... We're close to drive out of El Paso, to begin our journey to Alaska.
And if you're wondering how I'm keeping my sanity...Crochet! I have finished 2 scarves in the past week and I am currently working on a third. I have packed a bag of yarn and some patterns for our month long journey...so there will be sneak peeks at projects along the way.
